1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BidHaus ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to bid, buy, or sell on BidHaus. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3. Live Auctions & Bids
All bids placed during a live auction are binding offers to purchase. Once you submit a bid, it cannot be retracted. The highest bid at the close of the auction wins, and you agree to pay the final winning amount plus any applicable shipping and taxes.
4. Payment
Winning bidders must complete payment within the timeframe specified at checkout. Failure to pay may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the item.
5. Shipping & Returns
Items are shipped within the timeframe stated on the product listing. Because all sales are made through competitive live auction, all sales are final unless the item received is materially different from what was advertised.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to manipulate auctions, use bots, harass other users, or engage in fraudulent activity. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
BidHaus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidHaus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
